Made by
Mike,
by hand.
Mike Pascarella started baking brownies the way most good ideas start — to feed people he loved. Three years and a hundred tin-foil pans later, the recipes settled. The triple-chocolate base is non-negotiable. The graham crust is buttered. The marshmallow has to be torched.
S’mores Bakery is small on purpose. Every pan is cut by hand. Every loaf is wrapped in parchment. Nothing leaves the kitchen with a sticker that says “made in a facility that processes love.”
“Some desserts taste like they came from a factory. Mine don’t.”
— Mike Pascarella
